The Fort Wainwright Directorate of Public Works-Environmental Division is seeking those interested in formation of a Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) for ongoing environmental evaluation and investigation of the Gerstle River Test Site (GRTS). The RAB is intended to improve public participation by involving the community in the restoration decision-making process. RAB members will serve voluntarily, without compensation, for a term set by the RAB (generally two years). Meetings will be held semi-annually in Delta Junction. RAB members will be asked to review and comment on technical documents related to the ongoing activities at the GRTS.
